    • On 13th January 2020 FGV Holdings Bhd had its P+C certificate for Kilang Sawit Serting and its supply base suspended, and all certification processes for its uncertified management units suspended as well, following an RSPO Complaints Panel decision on a complaint regarding labour rights. This suspension was lifted on 28th July 2022 for Kilang Sawit Serting, though with further monitoring required. As of November 2023, sanctions remain in place on the uncertified management units.
